This skirt is just slightly too small on me, which is why it’s labeled extra small to small. It still fits me, but as you can see from the photo, the fabric is stretched a little bit to where it is starting to look faded from all the tension on the fabric. So I would say this would a best fit somebody slightly smaller than me. I have a 28 waist and 37 hip
